The witness testified under oath that the Department “will not comply” with the proposed Veterans 2nd Amendment Restoration Act of 2024 if it were enacted.

WASHINGTON – Congressman Morgan Luttrell (R-TX) introduced the Criminal Illegal Alien Report Act in the House of Representatives. This legislation would require the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to report to Congress on crimes committed by individuals who are in the U.S. under the Processes for Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans, and Venezuelans (CHNV), or any other grant of parole who have committed crimes, including their nationalities and ties to terrorists and transnational criminal groups.
