This comes amid alarming reports that HHS has lost contact with more than 300,000 children under the Biden administration, according to a report from DHS Office of Inspector General.

This legislation ensures more comprehensive and preventive evaluations to support the health and readiness of the U.S. Armed Forces.

The bill is named in honor of Specialist Joey Lenz from Conroe, Texas, who served in the U.S. Army until his death on February 1, 2022.
